The mysterious woman was now close to them and told the poor man to come closer. Any man who considers senses and world thing are ignorant snakes consumes him, and this represents his passion. During her departure, she says. “Behold this pipe, Always remember how sacred it is, and treat it as such, for it will take you to the end. The sacred pipe is a combination of wood, stones, and feathers meaning that it bounds all the earth creatures. This is contrary to what they would have enjoyed if they kept God’s ordinances from the great to the small. However, certain scholars despite holding onto the idea of “everlasting covenant” argue chapters 24 to 27 their content is about a period, which is still in the “undefined future.” “Undefined future” relayed in these chapters according to some scholars is the messianic second coming. Therefore, this interpretative study seeks to analyze varied statements featured in these chapters coupled with linking them with other Biblical supporting verses having similar implications. Penalties featured in verses 1 – 5 seem to denote eschatological events intended to take place in the undefined future2. Hence, the penalties act as prediction of what the supreme God will do to repay those who chose to disobey His statutes. The denotation of “everlasting covenant” in these verses is evident from their adoption of a contractual structure, whereby any agreement or pact has both the fine’s side and benefits. Mainly, these are for those involved in the contractual process to enjoy if they comply as necessitated with the already devised laws or suffer suppose they choose to live on contrarily to what the Lord demands3. Benefits of the “everlasting covenant” are evident in chapters 25 to 27, which comprise of a hymn outlining the restoration the chosen would enjoy characterized by an extremely promising future4. The future based on Isaiah’s victorious song is incomparable to what the chosen have ever enjoyed before choosing to wander away from their God’s ordinances while on earth5. Mostly, the Future relayed in 25:1-5 encompasses adequate protection not only from the enemies but also from harsh environmental conditions like heat and rain6. The identity of “everlasting covenant” in these verses is also evident when the Isaiah tries to relay the kind of feast, which the Supreme Judge promises Jerusalem’s remnant7. Remnant in this case encompasses those who have kept the law though due to numerous challenges beyond human control did fail but rose again. Feast promised for those who will be the remnant though based on this banquet’s nature, signifies total rest from the miseries of this passing world. For instance, God through Isaiah besides assuring the chosen absolute protection, He also declares to destroy death eternally8. Hence, proving that the evidence of consolation evident in verse 8 is in the future, which in this case is “undefined” whereby the beneficiaries will enjoy total peace. Since, they will experience neither death nor other life’s predicaments characterizing humanity’s existence on earth9. The banquet’s rules concerning “everlasting covenant” relayed in these verses is similar to the blessings and curses, which God though Moses told His children will encounter if they chose to either obey Him or disobey10. Consequently, this “everlasting covenant” promises extends to date, whereby those who have chosen to abide by God’s ordinances ought to keep their hopes alive knowing they also share the same assurances11. This is because the “undefined future” and eschatological events relayed in these verses signify the second messianic coming12. 2. Two cities relayed in Isaiah 24 – 27 signify Jerusalem and fortified city. The latter city based on the reading experiences God’s wrath. This is because of their disobedience and lack of its residents persistence to the end when the Lord will prepare a banquet for those who proved to be triumphant, which is evident in the victorious’ song in chapter 2513.

The speed of communication and exchange, the complexity and size of the networks involved, and the sheer volume of trade, interaction and risk involved, include just a few of the goodies of globalization (Stiglitz).
For centuries, globalisation has been able to find its way into the daily lives of a big majority of the population of the world consequently affecting them in numerous ways. It has taken the form of trade liberalisation, regional unification and Multi-national Corporations. The most affected by globalisation in the society has been the agriculture sector simply because policies governing it have forced the rural population into poverty, unemployment, migration to urban areas, and working without any social security. To date, there has been no appropriate measures taken to curb this effect and as such, seasonal labour mobility particularly of women and children has been plummeting.
The twentieth century has witnessed an accelerated process of globalisation as one of its main features in the area of world politics and has been touted as one of the most dramatic developments of the period with more than just economical and industrial significance. According to (Stiglitz), globalisation of free enterprise has been identified as the key element in the changing world order. Based on this, the concept of the nation state is thus becoming less clear, while at the same time new players such as multinational companies are joining the global arena. These multinational companies are thus direct creations of globalisation, a fact which is keeping humanity in doubt whether their sudden mushrooming augurs well with the new global order or whether they are going to turn into mutant monsters to cause major economic disasters (Stiglitz).
From the foregoing, it is evident that there has been a process of globalisation in which societies operate within an integrated world-wide

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Issues In The Criminal Justice System Capital Punis
/in Uncategorized /by developerHi, I need help with essay on Issues in the criminal justice system: capital punishment. Paper must be at least 1250 words. Please, no plagiarized work!
However, the passing of time has resulted in the adoption of modern processes of execution. Therefore, this mode of punishment of criminals has been practiced by numerous nations for centuries. Consequently, the mode of punishment has elicited varied reactions from the society. Whereas some people are in favor of the capital punishment, others are extremely against this practice. Consequently, there exists a controversy in the adoption and execution of capital punishment. This controversy varies with regions. In addition, the controversy is also fueled by various political ideologies, religions and cultural beliefs (Gaie 32).
Consequently, according to the UN website there have been increased calls for the abolition of capital punishment. These calls have partly been spearheaded by the UN through its forums on global moratorium on executions. Therefore, this has led to the abolition of the practice in some states. However, according to Amnesty International, majority of the world’s population is still under the influence of capital punishment. This is owed to the fact that the most populous nations in the world still embrace capital punishment. These countries include USA, China, India and Indonesia. Thus, most of these nations have been vehemently involved in the propagation of capital punishment. As a result, serious concerns have also been raised concerning the use of capital punishment.
As mentioned earlier, there is immense controversy surrounding the use of capital punishment. This implies that whereas certain people support it, other factions are vehemently opposed to the practice. Those in favor of capital punishment argue that it reduces crime rates. In addition, they also argue that capital punishment provides the police with an effective bargaining tool while arresting suspects of capital crimes. This implies that the police may use the threat of capital punishment to intimidate offenders into

/in Uncategorized /by developerHi, I need help with essay on Issues Surrounding Childhood Labor. Paper must be at least 2500 words. Please, no plagiarized work!
Although not all the children get spoiled in child labor, most of them are deprived of their educational prospects. In developing countries that aim education to provide chiefly employment prospects, child labor plays a catastrophic role. The very essence of education is lost in such nations. The entire mass of children, adolescents and even adults get numbed to the health risks involved in child labor. The most unbearable but never spoken out tragedy is that the meager earnings and ‘the altogether changed life style’ veils their biological sufferings. The approaches of Governments in this regard vary from time to time and places. The main lacuna in attainment of the governments’ goal of reducing child labor in several countries is the employers’ ambition to get low cost production fueled by the poor peoples’ need for basic needs.
Historians and thinkers view this issue of child labor vehemently against the practice. Their recordings of changes, cult and vision reveal that we have just begun the journey in the way of getting the practice eradicated. I have picked the following works to get a clear idea on how child labor had plagued throughout in America and other countries too.
The author has expressed the magnitude of ill-effects of child labor in his preface itself by way of presenting the huge volume of child population that never came to the screen of data collectors’ endeavors. The blindness of fatty employers towards the pathetic plight of child laborers and the highly numb practices adopted both by the employers and parents are depicted by the author elucidating the full scenario of child labor. The author has admonished the practice of child labor and hinted the usage of the terms ‘legal employment’ and ‘illegal employment’ as a measure of simple quantification of the problem. But unfortunately legal employment has been misconstrued as a license to practice the ill. That

John Baptist’s Parents John the Baptist’s father was Zechariah and his mother was Elizabeth. Zechariah was from the priestly family of Abijah. Both Zechariah and his wife were righteous people before the lord and they blamelessly obeyed all the commands of the lord (John the Baptist, online). Zechariah and Elizabeth, however, were very old and Elizabeth was barren. The couple had lost hope of ever having a child of their own. The lord however performed a miracle for them and this led to the birth of John the Baptist. John Baptist’s Birth and Childhood John the Baptist was born in the late first century, at around 5 B.C., during the reign of king Herod of Judea. The history of the birth and childhood of John the Baptist can be obtained from the four Gospels in the Bible and also from the writings of the Roman historian Josephus (The Birth and Early Life of John the Baptist, online). John the Baptist is believed to have been born in Judea, near Jerusalem. Both John’s father and mother were of Aaron descent and John, therefore, was of Aaron descent from both his father and mother. Elizabeth the mother of John the Baptist was sister to Mary the mother of Jesus Christ. …
This happened when Zechariah was performing his priestly duties in the temple of Jerusalem. Zachariah was burning incense in the temple when angle Gabriel appeared to him. When Zechariah first saw the angel he was startled, but the angel told him not to be afraid for the lord had heard his prayers. The angel of the lord then told him that his wife Elizabeth would bear him a son, and the angel told him that he should call the child John. The angel of the lord then told Zechariah that the child to be born would be a great joy to his parents and many people would rejoice because of his birth. The angel of the lord told Zechariah that the child to be born would be great in the eyes of the lord. Angel Gabriel also told Zechariah that the child to be born would never drink wine or any other fermented drink, angel Gabriel told him that John the Baptist would be filled with the Holy Spirit even before his birth. Angel Gabriel also told Zechariah that John the Baptist would bring many people of Israel back to God. The angel of the Lord also said that John the Baptist would have the spirit and the zeal of Prophet Elijah. through this spirit and zeal of Prophet Elijah he would bring many people to righteousness. But Zechariah doubted the words of the angel of the Lord and wondered how the words of the angel would come true for he was very old and his wife Elizabeth too was very old and barren. But angel Gabriel assured him that he was sent by God and that his words will come true.
