The American constitution seems to be under assault. We now have a Congress and an executive that are attempting, actively, to lead the country to bankruptcy in order to void the constitution and draft another in their image, which will withdraw freedoms that the current constitution guarantees.
Currently, America is going through fundamental transformation promised to us by President Obama. Our president, along with many senators, now considers the constitution a hindrance in pursuing their agenda. I am down hearted that some scholars openly proclaim the outdated nature of the American constitution, despite our founding fathers having established an amendment process in their wisdom.
Every American who treasures peace needs to be worried as an assault is made on their freedom of speech, religious rights, and the right to defend themselves. There has been a continuous assault on our pursuit of happiness by this government that aims to take from its citizens. All that supports their ideas are idealist ideas whose end will be the destruction of the United States. Remember, the best government is that which governs the least.

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Forensic Pathology Case Study The 13 Year Old Male

The impact by the basketball on the boy`s forehead might have triggered the manifestation of this other disease(s). This, combined with the effects of the impacts, may have made the injury very serious despite the fact that the young man failed to notice this earlier. The young man should have sought immediate medical attention. To attain his ordinary health stable status the young man should have gone for a medical check-up immediately the time he was hit by the ball, which was before 1550 hrs (Bilo, Robben & Rijn, 2010). Utter ignorance that prompted to the boy’s death is evident by the report of another student contending that “he had seen the boy, who had been struck in the head, fall to the ground about 5 minutes before, and that he was now lying on a street corner, three blocks away, and could not be awakened`.” This was the time when he finally fell on the ground overwhelmed by the effects of the injury that he might have survived. According to the deputy coroner`s report, it is after this that the boy was taken for Emergency Medical Services as suggested by the paediatrician who was summoned by the boy`s mother. On a keen observation, we also notice that it took a long time from the time of the boy`s injury to the time he is finally taken for emergency treatment. This long period may also have given a chance for the impacts of the injury to take a greater effect on the boy`s body system, so that no matter the medical procedures carried on him, the damage was already and surely deemed fatal. The boy got hit at 1530hrs and finally reached the hospital at 1650hrs under the assistance of both his mother and the coach. At 1652hrs, the effects had taken their full control and effect and could not be controlled, hence the boy`s death. At 1652hrs, the boy suffered respiratory arrest, followed by cardiac arrest, and could not be resuscitated despite aggressive and prolonged effort (Bilo, Robben & Rijn, 2010).

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Forensic Pathology Case Study The Jfk Assassination
/in Uncategorized /by developerHi, I need help with essay on Forensic Pathology Case Study: The JFK Assassination. Paper must be at least 750 words. Please, no plagiarized work!
The reasons for his death are extensively studied by Dr. Cyril Wecht who is the country’s leading forensic pathologist. This paper aims to discuss Dr. Wecht’s concerns about the death of John F. Kennedy and the opinion of other significant pathologists who actually disagreed with Dr. Wecht will also be summarized. Finally, I will present my personal critical analysis on the basis of Dr. Wecht’s arguments while concluding that either his statements were convincing or not.
Warren Commission’s Report concludes that the President had two major wounds. one in the head and other in the neck. Despite of critical observations it was difficult to measure the sequence of both wounds but it can be said that he died because of two intense gunshots which hit him from somewhere above and behind him (Warren Report, 1963).
One of the most important concerns raised by Dr. Wecht is that one bullet entered in the President’s back and the other struck him in the backside of head. He believes that Governor John Connally was struck by another bullet whereas one more bullet was shot which completely missed the car. Hence according to Dr. Wecht there were total four bullet shots while three bullets surely struck John F. Kennedy and Governor John Connally (Wecht, 1978). Apart from this, Dr. Wecht strongly disagrees with major conclusions made by the Warren Commission’s Report. He emphasized that the panel could have arrived at better conclusions if more time was spent in experiments. Though it must have consumed more money, time and energy but then it could have been easily proved that whether or not a copper-jacketed bullet measuring 6.5 millimeter can actually affect a radius and rib in a human being. In addition to this, the investigation team did not made enough efforts to find the most significant medical evidences. He raised questions regarding the head wound and the probability of another shot which must have been fired from the lower right rear

The developmental policy of the Gatwick policy is to “ensure that Gatwick’s operation and development effectively address national, regional and local objectives for economically, socially and environmentally responsible development” (GAOMP p. 3). Regarding the environmental issues, special care is taken by the policy designers to address issues that are related to ‘air quality and air noise’ as well as ‘ground noise, biodiversity and resource use” (GAOMP p. 4). Similarly, it is also mandatory that the Gatwick policy gives due importance to ‘safety and security on the ground and in the air’ while designing the buildings and structures for the proposed plan. The legal limits to Gatwick policy are set by the airspace policy and air traffic control put by the UK Government and National Air Traffic services. Consequently, the new policy should give predominance to the four objectives for sustainable development. These four objectives include “Social progress which recognizes the needs of everyone”, “Effective protection of the environment”, “prudent use of natural resources” and “maintenance of high and stable levels of economic growth and employment” (GAOMP P. 7). The air port development also needs to take into account the developmental control guidelines set out in town and country planning legislation, circulars and guidance and should cope up with the airport design criteria set by the Civil Aviation Authority, the airport security guidelines set by the Department of Transport and the safeguard aerodrome and public safety zones (GAOMP P. 13). If the tour is not properly planned considering all the aspects it can cause many socio-economic and environmental problems. Avoiding these negative impacts must be the priority of the policy makers. The local authority support is also a significant requirement for the development.

It is the hope of this author that such an explanation will engage the reader with a more appropriate understanding of this key issue and help to define the way in which civilization ultimately came to fruition as a result of the positive aspects of civilization outweighing the negative ones. Firstly, with regards to the positive aspects that civilization could potentially offer a hunter gatherer around the year 3000 BC, one must realize that civilization was able to offer a degree of synergy. Comparative to the hunter and gatherer groups and tribes of this era, civilization was able to draw upon enough human resources within a given region to seek to specialize individuals with regards to their specific strengths within the economy. In such a way, rather than merely having the entire society devoted towards subsistence, as was oftentimes exhibited within the hunter gatherer cultures, individuals within a civilized society were able to focus upon such diverse techniques and cons such as tanning, wheel making, dating of bread, and a litany of other specialized talents and work skills. An additional benefit that society could offer is with regards to the diversity of trade and goods that could be exhibited. Whereas a small group of hunter gatherers it have very little impact on regional and international trade, a civilized society integrate with its neighbors and leverage a degree of trade activities that the smaller entity would be completely incapable of. Lastly, it must be understood this synergy and diversification that have been discussed allows for growth and development of art, music and literature to a degree that would’ve been impossible within a hunter and gatherer culture. Whereas hunter gatherers were incessantly preoccupied with issues concerning sustainment and meeting daily caloric needs, the civilized society was able to devote unnecessary labor towards developing the arts. Similarly, it must be understood that the decision to integrate with civilization on the part of the hunter gatherer was also one that was mixed with many negative aspects. The first and perhaps most important of these is with regards to the loss of culture and/or identity that the hunter gatherer would necessarily feel once integrated into a larger collective that was hardly reflective of their past life and interpretations of religion, societal norms, and a host of other factors. This of course ties directly into the loss of religious interpretation that an individual from a hunter gatherer society would necessarily space when choosing to integrate with civilization. From a political standpoint, the individual hunter gatherer would also feel a great loss of freedom as their personal behavior became constricted and beholden not to a warrior, shaman, or chief, but to a complex network of bureaucratic entities. Similarly, also from the local perspective, it must be understood that civilization represented a decreased level to which the individual can impact upon the direction and decisions that the group will take.

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Four Forces Of Evolution Paper Must Be At Least 250

This genetic drift resulted in biological variation between species that had to survive. It was as a result of this drift that isolation of species took place. some species moved to new areas where they interbreed allowing the introduction of new alleles to the population. The introduction of new alleles from the nearby populations resulted in new genetic variation in the populations. Survival of the new populations however required the populations to adapt to their environment. This was made possible by the natural selection force. the force assisted the new formed populations to make beneficial adjustments to their environment, and as a result enhanced their survival. In tandem with this assertion, natural selection shaped genetic variation at the population level favoring some individuals over others. The changes in the genetic structure of the population then resulted in speciation (Haviland, McBride, Prins and Walrath 44). Due to variation in environmental conditions, the genetic codes of the formed species started changing resulting in new variations. The random mutation of the species’ genetic codes led to genetic variation that resulted in the emergence of new populations. In connection with this, it is evident “mutation was the ultimate source of evolutionary change, responsible for the constant introduction of new genetic variations” (Haviland, McBride, Prins and Walrath 42).
In conclusion, evolution process was enhanced by four forces. natural selection, mutation, gene drift, and gene flow. However, the complexity of human beings is as a result of the mutation process that takes place

Due to these reasons, he frequented headlines of leading dailies. He had three marriages to his credit – with Catherine Lee Tobin in the year 1889, with Miriam Noel in 1922 and lastly with Olga Milanov Hinzenberg in 1928.
Frank Lloyd Wright had Welsh descent and his birth took place couple of years after the American Civil War ended. One can easily see that his upbringing owes a lot to the Unitarian and transcendental ideologies. Since childhood, he showed a lot of interest in building blocks that the young ones played with at the kindergarten. These educational blocks were given to him by his mother. These blocks consisted of geometrical shapes and thus from the early days Frank Lloyd Wright was very clear about the geometrical sense and the same is even visible in his work. A number of his architectural works manifest the geometrical clarity which is so very important to have on the part of engineers and architects. His formal education began in the year 1885 when he enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School for Engineering. He was an apprentice for a local builder known as Allan Darst Conover which really helped his engineering skills endlessly. Soon he left the university without having the degree under his belt and came over to Chicago where he joined an architectural firm called Joseph Lyman Silsbee. After that he started to work for Adler & Sullivan within a period of 12 months. He did a lot of residential design work for this firm and an unfortunate event happened when the firm came to know that Frank Lloyd Wright was accepting individual clients. This forced Frank Lloyd Wright to establish his own practice and started his work from home in Chicago. During his life long work endeavors, he completed round about fifty projects which included a number of different houses in his native land. In order to gain an economic

The white power had been innovative and persuasive, thus fighting its principles of racism and economic disempowerment of the African American required improvised and unrelenting tactics and strategies. What we currently refer to as the Civil Rights Movement was in actual sense a struggle, or “a battleground between slavery and liberty”, for freedom and liberty by the African Americans, extending beyond the simple objectives of advocating for legal rights. Some of the actions involved in the fight for freedom ranged from mass action protests and boycotts to armed self-defense. Racial freedom was in the air, so was economic independence and security (Gresser 32). The African Americans were tired of enduring a physical, economical, and social setup enforced by the white supremacy in the country’s policies. The political and social policies of Jim Crow of segregating public facilities ensured that all social amenities were unequal and different, form restrooms to gravesites. Despite the Great Migration that brought around six million blacks into industrial center in the Northern and Southern urban, the African Americans were still contained to domestic and retail works, and even those who found their way to industries were locked out of unions. The Second World War was a helping hand for the economy of the US to recover from the Great Depression of the late 1920s. Africans Americans were on the margins of prosperity, as the federal defense had not desegregated the armed forces, jobs, and housing. The blacks were now in an unfamiliar position, between the European imperialism, American white supremacy, and the Nazi racism. This led to protest by the blacks and a threat by the president of the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters (BSCP) Philip Randolph to lead a 100,000 people March on Washington Movement if industrial desegregation was not effected. President Franklin D. Roosevelt passed the Executive Order 8802 creating a Fair Employment Practices Commission (FEPC), which triggered the postponement of the march. Black organization, notably the National Negro Congress, the BSCP, and the MOWM joined labor unions and politicians to present economic issues to the statehouse demanding equal rights to social benefits of the New Deal (Gresser 59). At around the same time, President Roosevelt had delivered a speech proclaiming the four freedoms: worship, want, fear, and speech and expression. The African Americans were challenging the freedom from want citing that ghettos were present in Berlin, as well as Boston. The Cold War was a challenge to the US as communist enemies like the Soviet Union constantly challenged the self-proclaimed status of America as a “Leader of the Free world” yet had anti-black racism. Racism was one of the major causes of African American poverty, and the fight for freedom by the Civil Movement ensured that the dream by President Roosevelt to establish a freedom from want was achievable, at least to some degree. The American labor movements began in 1869 with the formation of the Order of the Knights of Labor led by Terence V. Powderly, a Pennsylvanian machinist. The purpose of the Knight Union was to negation power for all American workers through unions. Blacks joined the union later.

Hi I Need Help With Essay On G Puccini S Tosca Paper Must Be At Least 500 Words

Nevertheless. those musical references to objects, persons, or ideas are not developed on a Wagnerian scale and are not certainly woven into symphonic web. Puccini’s musical motives serve as a narrator and provide information a character’s unexpressed thoughts, recollections, or recall. In Act 1 Tosca and Cavaradossi’s plan their rendezvous that evening, but Cavaradossi’s thoughts are revealed when Angelotti’s fugitive motive is heard. Likewise, Scarpia’s interrogation of Cavaradossi is punctuated by the motif connoting the well: Cavaradossi refuses to mention the well, but the music reveals that he is thinking about it (Puccini 21)
Tosca begins on an imposing, quasi-tragic note, much darker than the opening pages of Puccini’s earlier operas. However the composer takes care to introduce the Sacristan, a basso buffo, for comic relief. Puccini was always very careful to include well defined minor characters. The Sacristan’s banter with Mario gradually leads to the aria “Recondita armonia”. This piece requires vocal intensity and extension, together with depth of interpretation from the tenor, and is enriched by the Sacristan’s counter-melody (21).
A nearly comic interlude features the sacristan and the chorus, creating an overall cheerful tone. This is immediately interrupted with the arrival of Scarpia, as the orchestra once more becomes deep and obscure, but with energy and power this time conveying the overall power held by the police chief. Every accent and work of Scarpia is underscored by Puccini to depict a character with the depth of evil comparable perhaps only to Iago in Verdi’s Otello. The darkness of the orchestra continues throughout the scene of the search of the church. Upon Tosca’s sudden arrival in the cathedral, the sinister nature of the music is toned down significantly as Scarpia acts politely towards her. However, as Scarpia plays upon Tosca’s jealousy, the music resumes
