The palanquin or norimono was skillfully design and had three valets on either side that assisted the lord in getting in and out the palanquin, an attractive feature also notable in Japan. Further, the valets served another purpose that of making available to the lord whatever he required and all those accompanying him made charming formations. Silence was the rule when you were part of the squad accompanying the lord. The only sounds that were heard came from the transporting horses, the soldiers’ clothes, and their feet. There was also something special about the bodyguards. They were all uniformed and matched all the way to the intended destination in a walking style that posed caution and instilled fear but that was regarded very wonderful and very attractive in display. The Junrei, a group of individuals that visited 33 important temples in the country, was also visible. They walked in threes and twos singing very pitiful songs. It was not easy for them to forget paying a visit to any of the thirty-three most important temples in the country because they carried small boards that were tied around their necks, which contained a list of all the remaining temples that had not been visited. They were either very much spiritual to the extent that a good number of them spend their whole lives paying visitations to the temples or they did nothing to earn a living. Around their chests, they had a linen cloth, and that made them easily identifiable. In addition, during this century, the Asian people had strong beliefs in making vows.

or has always been a mystery and various theories have been stated to try and explain who he was but none of them has enough evidence to pinpoint who he was exactly (Applebaum, Stanley 47).

The author of Lazarillo de Tormes had an aim of entertaining its readers which received many critics and at the same approval by many people. The disagreement about the intent of Lazarillo has always been on debate with people giving various opinions as to his real intentions. Marcel Bataillon maintains that Lazarillo contained satire that was not around during the time of his writing, nor does his work portray the positive doctrine of the spirit (Cruz and Anne 35). The ambiguity of Lazarillo is mainly based on the association between the narrator and the author. The problem that is there with interpreting Lazarillo de Tormes it’s not only on the narrator’s ambiguities. The author makes no effort to intervene in the narration, and everything we understand is based on the perspective of Lazarillo unreliable account (Alpert and Michael 96). If proper understanding of the account is believed to be true, then we can say that the author sympathizes with his character and pities the young boy who had gone though difficult life when growing up. From this perspective the author is more ready to criticize the society than Lazarillo. This kind of interpretation comes from the author’s artful deception and from the modern conception of childhood (Maiorino and Giancarlo 25). In the 16th century people were considered as adults and responsible for their acts, and for Lazarillo he was taken to be “a greater sinner for a so small boy” that he was for having committed the great seven sins which included: lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy and pride (Garcia and Alonso 67). His act for blaming all his misdeeds on is parents and masters prove to be a fallacy. From a Christian and humanistic approach he is the only person who can be blamed for his actions. At the end of his life

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Assignment 3 Paper Must Be At Least 2000 Words Plea

Hi, I need help with essay on Assignment 3:. Paper must be at least 2000 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

As mentioned above, this essay is a discussion of a scenario where the ethical principles of autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence, and justice come into play. These principles are also discussed in general. Autonomy is used as a means of determining peoples’ moral principles. Beneficence occurs when someone does something for someone else. Non-maleficence means doing no harm to others. Justice is the quality of being fair (The Atlantic Monthly 1997. Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology 1998 and The Christian Century 2000).

The lady in this particular medical case study has found herself in a serious predicament that many older individuals have to face at a certain time in their lives. She cannot speak, she needs a feeding tube, she will not take her medicine, and she is becoming increasingly dehydrated. It does not take a genius to tell that this lady wishes she would go ahead and move on from this human life than to be subjected to the type of treatment she is being given, even though the treatment in question is being given to save her life.

On one hand, the general public feels sorry for her, wishing she would somehow but gently be put out of her misery naturally and with no pain or illegal activities. On the other hand, the general public struggles with the idea that this lady may be better off is she is ‘helped’ out of her misery and allowed to move on, especially if it is her own personal wish to do so (Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy 2000 and The Humanist 1996).

This is a rather complicated ethical matter, with many individuals teetering in the middle, refusing to make a choice one way or the other, and avoiding the whole question altogether unless, they had to face that own situation one day either with themselves or a loved one. No one wants to find him- or herself in a situation like that (Routledge 2001 and the Hastings Center

In general lack of operational control may increase the scope of intrinsic hazards as it may cause either cause damage either to the operator, the fellow workers or the environment in varied combinations and extremities.

Non-Identification of Hazardous Materials: The proper identification and description of the extent of the risk posed by a hazardous material must be well aware to the person handling it. Any lacuna in this would proportionally increase the intrinsic hazard potential of the material. Handling procedures including details on the hazard levels and risks posed must be studied in detail before handling the material

Continued exposure of Hazardous materials: If hazardous materials with are not isolated and demarcated, it may lead to uncontrolled exposure of the same to the people handling it which would contribute to the increase of its potential risk. Hi I Need Help With Essay On Attachment Styles Paper Must Be At Least 500 Words

Hi, I need help with essay on Attachment styles. Paper must be at least 500 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

In order to understand this theory better, let us consider an example of infatuated love. We meet and like a number of people in our daily life. We do not feel the same about all of them. At times, we meet people who we like a lot and we really wish to be with them. This type of love is often called ‘love at first sight’ or ‘infatuated love’. People do not actually know each other, neither do they have intimacy. Such kind of love starts with the feeling of pure passion. The romantic relationships of this kind, are based on the sexual desires and physical attraction. Hence, in such relationships, passion dimension of the triangular theory is at its peak. Passion is the element which plays a major role in infatuated love relationships. People involved in this kind of love relationship do not normally trust each other to the extent as romantic lovers do. The commitment level is also low as their feelings are limited to the sexual desire and apparent attraction. However, when the intimacy develops between them and they start knowing each other the infatuated love grows into romantic love relationship where intimacy and passion both are high. If the level of intimacy does not grow, the relationship and love vanishes with time and no feelings are left between the partners. Hence, for an infatuated love to develop and the relationship to be strong, the level of intimacy and commitment must flourish.

In conclusion, we can that the triangular theory of love provides good information about how love grows and the level of the three dimensions of love in each relationship. This theory provides a better insight in the relationships and the needs to grow one or the other aspect in order to keep the love relationship strong and

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Atkins Diet Paper Must Be At Least 750 Words Please

Hi, I need help with essay on Atkins Diet. Paper must be at least 750 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

Some of the popular diets are low carbohydrate diets, low fat diets, correct carbohydrates diet and perfect proportions and careful combinations diet. Atkins diet is one of the popular diets recommended for weight reduction. In this article, the benefits and harms of Atkins diet will be explored through review of literature and critical analysis.

Atkins diet is a type of low carbohydrate diet that was first introduced by Dr.Robert. C. Atkin in 1972 and revolutionized in the 1990s (Goodwin, 2006). The diet mainly constitutes high-protein meats, poultry, eggs and full-fat dairy products. The diet banishes carbohydrate foods like rice, bread and pasta and encourages intake of high-protein, high-fat food. Atkins diet is based on the fact that consumption of carbohydrates raises the glucose levels in the blood which in turn triggers insulin secretion from the pancreas (Harvard Medical School, 2007). However, high insulin levels make the person feel hungry and this again leads to increased carbohydrate intake. Carbohydrate meal is more satisfying and people prefer to eat such meals when they are hungry. The weight gain thus continues. On the other hand, fatty diet is more satisfying and filling and people tend to eat less. Fatty diet does not make the insulin levels surge. Also, diets low in carbohydrate cause dehydration because not much water is released in the metabolism. Hence the body mobilizes carbohydrates from the stores in the liver and muscle. This results in weight loss (Harvard Medical School, 2007).

There are basically four phases in the Atkins diet. They are induction, ongoing weight loss, premaintenance and maintenance phases. The duration of each of the phases depends on the extent of obesity of the person and response to the diet. Most often than not, Atkins diet is recommended in the induction phase during which time, carbohydrate intake is restricted to less than 20 grams per day. Most of the carbohydrates are to be derived from

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Automated Fingerprint Identification System Paper M

Hi, I need help with essay on Automated Fingerprint Identification System. Paper must be at least 5250 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

These automated fingerprint identification systems provide rapid and accurate comparisons with large databases (Tilstone, Savage & Leigh 2006). Most newly built buildings have this system installed in them especially so that only authorized people can enter specific places. In this system, a person is identified exclusively by his or her fingerprints, unlike verification system where ID card or PIN numbers are also required side by side fingerprint identification.

Fingerprints are scanned into the automated fingerprint system where ridge details and other identifying characteristics are digitized in such in detail that the system can find a match among the millions of fingerprints that are available in the database (Lane 2002). This new structure of identification has helped governments in different ways. It is vastly used in civil identification projects like registration for elections, driving license, welfare systems et cetera. Through this system, a government can make sure that no identity theft takes place or one person is not using two identities in order to vote. This kind of crime is quite common all over the world. Sometimes a highly sensitive job requires the employer to check the background of the candidate for the job so that all kind of risks can be avoided. This type of identification check is mostly done for high-level posts in the government or law enforcement agencies.

In the United States of America, this automated system of fingerprint identifications has the entire fingerprint collection from the country and is under the authority of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Other countries also have their own automated fingerprint identification systems which have capabilities to do work like electronic image storage, hidden searches and the exchange of these fingerprints can also take place.&nbsp.

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Balanced Scorecard Paper Must Be At Least 2000 Word

Hi, I need help with essay on Balanced Scorecard. Paper must be at least 2000 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

Download file to see previous pages…

Essentially, the balanced scorecard is concerned with analysis of four areas including customers, finance, business processes and learning and growth. Managers are usually engaged in collection of quantitative data and then analyzing it with the aim of making appropriate and long-term decisions courtesy of balanced scorecard technique. This paper will analyze five different papers, which have examined balanced scorecard through case studies, primary data collection and as well as secondary research. The papers have good insight on the applicability, advantages as well as the challenges of balanced scorecard in different organizational setups. The study will involve analysis of the aims, methods and results of each of the papers and then a different section will compare their results. Finally, the paper will end by a conclusion, which will explain what I have understood from this study.

Purpose of the study

The purpose of this study is to have a critical analysis of balanced scorecard based on the studies of other authors who have conducted their studies in various settings and using different methodologies. Analysis of researches done in different settings and based on different methods and results will provide insightful information on what balanced scorecard entails, its challenges and application in different organizations….

Using the insights derived from Yin (1994), the authors have researched the manner in which balanced scorecard performance management system has been fruitfully put into practice in two major hotel chains including Towers and ITC Maurya, which are located within the India’s capital. This case study comprises of the organizations’ interaction of 45 several stakeholders. Among those who participated in providing information in this study included the vice president, HR. In addition, secondary sources were examined for more evidence, which included power point presentations used to make communications in the organizations. Also conducted in the study was a cultural analysis that espoused the innovative intervention, whereby 20 employees including managers holding the top, middle and lower level positions were interviewed and the results recorded in an open-ended format. The results of the study show that a strategic and innovative HRM intervention in ITC Maurya leads to a relearning of a fresh performance-based culture and unlearning of the past culture, hence enhancing the successful execution of the balance scorecard technique. Nonetheless, this leads to institutionalization of HR role and the innovative process. The case study also typified BSC implementation in Maurya hotels. However, it is found that HR managers will have a challenge of repeating this intervention in the rest of the hotels in the capital, particularly depending on how the stakeholders are involved in the process as well as the manner in which the intervention involves the non-managerial staff.
