Hi I Wanted To Know Abour Bluebook Citations When I Am Citing From The Very Firs

Hi I wanted to know abour bluebook citations. When I am citing from the very first page of a case on Westlaw do I use that page number or the page number where the opinion begins? And when I am citing from a case that is citing from another case how do I put the citation?
