In Class We Were Talking About Peter Vails And How Institutional Learning Assume

In class, we were talking about Peter Vails and how institutional learning assumes there is something to teach, separate and apart from the learner. The philosophy of institutional learning performs an odd and extremely subtle piece of abstraction. It presumes that knowledge does not depend on the human mind for its embodiment and its organization.

The professor was not quite clear and explaining the concept I also find that it conflicts with his concept of spiritual learning for managerial leaders. Can you explain this to me please
