In week 3 assignment you created an HTML form used to RSVP to your planned graduation party and displayed the form data on a webpage. In this assignment, you will use that same form but this time you will write the form’s input to a MySQL database.

You’ll have to create the MySQL database and the required table(s) and create the PHP script that handles the form and inserts the records into the database.

Zip all HTML / PHP files associated with your RSVP form and submit the zipped file. Note: you don’t need to submit the MySQL database.
