Good morning!

I am interested in designing a study but want to use the best design possible. I am setting up a study which uses two groups with no control group and non random sampling.Both groups will work the same profession however one group will work 4 -11.5 hour days in a row and then have 4 days off in a row (A/B cycle) and the other group works 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off with every other weekend off. I want to see the effects the two different schedules have on 3 dependent variables which will be the same for each group. what type of design do you suggest I should use?
