Hello. On a diet plan project I am doing, I am required to provide two short term and two long term SMART goals

for improving my diet. I am having trouble trying to understand and think of some SMART diet goals. I was wondering if maybe you could provide me with a few example goals (preferably one SMART long-term and one SMART short-term goal)? This will hopefully help me know what these diet goals may need to look like.
